The desire for sustainability is growing \u2014 and now you can be part of it!<\/p>\n

In line with the ongoing development of the Kleine Zeitung Graz Marathon, we want to take the next step toward a more sustainable event with your support.
For 2026, we have set the following goals:<\/p>\n

    Environmentally friendly travel on Marathon Sunday:<\/strong>
    Public transport by Holding Graz Linien<\/em> can be used free of charge<\/strong> on race day.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Rain ponchos made from corn starch<\/strong> provided by Wiener St\u00e4dtische<\/em><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Paper cups instead of plastic<\/strong> at all refreshment stations<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Starter bags made from corn starch<\/strong> \u2013 100% biodegradable within 8\u201312 weeks<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    And from now on, you can help us make the event even greener!
    When registering, you have the option to contribute a voluntary donation (starting from \u20ac1) to support our sustainability efforts.
    As a token of appreciation, you\u2019ll receive a special race number featuring your Environmental Button.<\/p>\n
